ARE PETS ALLOWED?
We welcome well-behaved house-trained dogs. There are a few rules. Doggies aren't allowed in the bedrooms or on any furniture, and we would prefer if you didn't leave them in the cottage alone for extended periods of time. If you intend to bring a furry friend, please contact us prior to booking.
ARE THERE ANY CLEANING FEES OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES?
The price of your booking includes cleaning fees. However we take a £150 deposit at the time of booking. It is the responsibility of guests to leave the property in a clean and decent condition. If extra cleaning is required, charges will be made. The deposit will be refunded fully after your stay - as long as there have been no breakages or the cottage has been left in a manner that requires extra cleaning.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellation charges are 25% of the balance if within 21 days; and 50% if within 14 days or less. If it is possible to re-book the cottage with other guests, a full refund will be made. In the unlikely event, we are unable to provide the cottage as booked, we will refund the full amount.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS?
SMOKING AND FIRES
The cottage is constructed of wood. Smoking and the use of candles is not permitted under any circumstances on the premises. Guests must not attempt to light a fire in the fireplace, as the chimney is blocked.
LINEN AND TOWELS
Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
SECURITY
It is the responsibility of guests to lock doors and close windows when the cottage is unoccupied; and lock the cottage securely at night.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR PERSONAL POSSESSIONS
No responsibility can be accepted for personal possessions in the property and for vehicles parked outside.
